I didn’t fall in love with fitness. I clung to it when I had nothing left.
There was a point in my life where everything felt like too much. I was anxious. Depressed. Numb. Physically inflamed, mentally exhausted, and emotionally disconnected. I was using food to cope without even realizing it. I ate to feel something. And I didn’t know how to get out of that cycle.
People told me, “You don’t look unhealthy.” But health isn’t just physical. It’s how you move. How you think. How you show up for your life.
Then came the wake-up calls:
Bloodwork showing signs of autoimmune disease
A painful lump in my breast
Brain fog, fatigue, and a deep disconnect from my own body
That was the moment I realized I had to change my lifestyle — to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
I didn’t have the luxury of excuses anymore.
If I kept living the way I was, life was going to leave me behind.
With scoliosis, poor movement patterns, and zero core
strength; I had no choice but to begin with the absolute basics.
Breathwork.
Body awareness.
Corrective movement.
Then proper form.
Then light weights.
Then… consistency.
And honestly? That’s when everything started to change.
Not because I got lean and built muscle overnight — but because I finally started showing up for myself. Lifting weights and eating clean didn’t just affect my body —
those changes helped heal my brain.
Fitness and Nutrition gave me structure. Clarity. Confidence.
It made me feel capable again. Now I can’t live without it.
So I started at the very bottom. Like, rock bottom.
Not just moms. Not just gym rats. But real people who are tired of starting over. People who are overwhelmed by the noise, tired of the pressure, and just want to feel good in their body again.
